Spirituality. The very word stirs up all sorts of ideas for people, both positive and negative. According to Statistics Canada the vast majority of Canadians believe in God. While most people believe in God, many people don't know how to go about exploring religion and forming their spirituality. They believe God is out there and maybe even wants to be involved in their lives, but they're not sure how to interact with the Divine. Others are deeply devoted to their faith but desire to learn and grow and need a little nudging along the way.

Church works for some people but not for others. Some people like church programs, others flee from them. Some learn about God through sermons, others experience God more through music and for others it looks completely different. That's the beauty of such a great and mysterious God; there are so many ways to experience God and understand God. The human race is incredibly diverse so it makes sense that our approaches to spirituality are diverse too.

A Spiritual Life Coach can help us explore God and grow in our faith. A Spiritual Life Coach takes an individual approach to spiritual growth rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Approaching God in this personal way can bring us closer to God and help build a more intimate, life changing connection.

Some examples of the different ways people experience God are Sacred Pathways and the Enneagram.

"The logic and content of what is said is less important than the faith and love with which it is conveyed. The tone of voice shows whether the speaker wants to seem brilliant and knowledgeable, or whether he wants to nourish, to give freely and witness humbly to what has been given and freely received. The talks which nourish come from people who allow God to speak through their lips."
